Become subject-matter expert on Wheels Manufacturing products and communicate clearly.
Stay informed on cycling industry news and product compatibility resources.
Document recurring issues to supervisor promptly.
Assist with MAP monitoring and enforcement.
Provide monthly reports from the Magento e-commerce platform.
