Job summary

Westfield Area YMCA is seeking a part-time Group Exercise Instructor/Cycling instructor to lead cycling classes in a fun, safe environment. You will engage members, foster attendance, and promote YMCA programs.

Qualified candidates hold current nationally recognized certifications; CPR and First Aid are required before start. Thursday evenings and/or Saturday mornings shifts available. Pay range is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience, with YMCA membership included.

Qualifications

• Current certifications from a nationally recognized institution.
• Prior group fitness instructor experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Teach cycling classes in a fun and safe environment.
• Act as fitness resource and promote YMCA programs.
• Encourage member attendance and support retention.
