Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Cycle Counter/Warehouse Specialist to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and support production. You will rotate materials per FIFO, generate count sheets in ROSS ERP, and perform regular physical counts of raw materials and finished goods.

This role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience in a food environment, forklift and pallet jack operation, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. Applicable GMP/HCAPP guidelines apply.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
  • Experience with warehouse, inventory control and reconciliation.
  • Counting skills are a must with excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and experience in temperature-controlled settings.
  • Experience with perishable items and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile on-hand inventory and work in production.
  • Rotate materials according to FIFO; generate count sheets via ROSS ERP.
  • Assist in counts from finance/demand daily list; perform physical counts.
  • Reconcile ROSS inventory; update relevant parties on issues.
  • Stage materials for production and notify shortages.
  • Backfill for site Material Handler as needed.
  • Maintain records, lot tracking and quantities issued; follow GMP/HCAPP.
