McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Counter I to provide timely and accurate inventory accounting and to support product provisioning on an as-needed basis.

The role emphasizes a team-oriented warehouse culture with opportunities for advancement and industry-leading benefits. The position features a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM start, comprehensive benefits starting after 60 days, and eligible paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
