Responsibilities

• Actively observe and promote ATW safety standards.
• Work directly with the purchasing team, shipping and receiving team, and production team to resolve inventory shortages, inaccurate counts, theft, defects.
• Establish a cycle count schedule using and ABC classification, determine inventory grouping, and a count frequency.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
• Track all counts and review results daily with supervisor.
• Maintain a detailed record for all inventory count activities.
• Lead and perform root-cause analysis when count variances are identified.
• Identify and correct inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Audit supplier deliveries, and the overall receiving process.
• Assist during monthly inventory audits.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Must be capable of standing for entire shift and sit for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift-up to 50 lbs.; ability to demonstrate full range of motion for reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Will be exposed to extreme heat and cold depending on weather.
• Subject to dirt, dust, oil, welding fumes, traffic hazards, and high noise levels in the workplace
