Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, WI is seeking a Cycle Counter for the 1st shift to join our inventory team. You will perform daily cycle counts and analyze discrepancies to support accurate inventory management across operations.

You will work with line supervisors, warehouse teams and buyers to reduce variances, update SAP records, and ensure timely completion of counting tasks. Forklift and RF device use is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and SAP.
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift, order picker and tugger.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts and work toward daily requirements.
• Resolve variances between physical counts and system counts.
• Troubleshoot receiving, BOM, routing or picking errors to eliminate causes of variances.
• Reconcile negative on-hand inventory and backflush reports daily.
• Collaborate with line supervisors, warehouse supervisor, schedulers, buyers and AP to meet inventory objectives.
• Enter data via CRT and handheld RF unit to update records.
