Pentair is seeking a Cycle Counter for the 1st Shift in Delavan, WI. You will perform daily cycle counts, analyze variances, and support inventory management initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and SAP experience, with the ability to learn forklift operations. We offer overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires High School/GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and SAP.
• Ability to learn forklift, order picker and tugger operations.
• Strong problem-solving and data accuracy abilities.
• Works with minimal supervision and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventory counts daily and works toward a daily target.
• Resolves variances between physical and system counts.
• Investigates discrepancies and identifies root causes.
• Updates inventory records in SAP and via handheld devices.
• Collaborates with supervisors and buyers to meet inventory objectives.
• Ensures compliance with 5S, lean practices, and safety policies.
