Job summary

PJ Trailers Inc. in Sumner, TX is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our inventory team on days. This role conducts cycle counts and audits, and assists in reconciling discrepancies to keep accurate inventory across systems.

The position works 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of related experience, plus strong communication and basic math skills, are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Identify problematic inventory records/transactions, ensure inventory balances are accurately maintained in all systems
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
• Conduct audits of inbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to operation team regarding inventory issues
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
• Other duties as required or assigned

We seek an additional cycle counter for our Sumner Texas Facility. This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and assisting the Purchasing & Inventory Teams in any inventory related functions.

This position will work a scheduled shift of 6am-430pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime Friday and/or Saturday.

Essential Job Functions
