Summary
Responsible for performing cycle counts with speed and accuracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate daily random cycle counts based on ABC compile
- Perform necessary steps to record daily cycle counts in SAP, as well as physically count material in the warehouse, yard, and off-site locations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ad hoc duties related to inventory management assigned by Operations Accounting Supervisor
- Maintain safe working environment for all employees
- Report large value discrepancies to the Operations Accounting Supervisor and perform any additional counting efforts required beyond daily random counts
- Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Basic Math Skills with proficiency in addition and subtraction
- Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, desired
- Previous Material Handling Experience Preferred
- GFCP Certified Industrial Truck Operator License
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production areas
- Listening, sitting, standing, stooping, walking, observing, grasping, pushing, pulling, and keyboarding
- Eye/Hand coordination for than 50% of the time
- Must be able to perform the required duties with minimum direct Supervision
