Join Our Team as a Cycle Counter!

Do you have a keen eye for detail and passion for inventory accuracy? We are looking for an experienced Cycle Counter to play a vital role in our warehouse operations! In this key position, you’ll use your skills and expertise to ensure the integrity of our inventory and help keep our business running smoothly.

Monday–Friday, 5:20 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Pay Rate

$19.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily cycle counts and physically verify inventory, comparing hands-on results to system records


• Thoroughly investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory


• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of all cycle counts


• Strictly adhere to established inventory control procedures—your diligence safeguards our operations!


• Communicate findings clearly with the team responsible for inventory management


• Operate forklifts safely to access and move inventory as needed


• Other assigned duties to support warehouse operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2 years of experience in a similar position and certified forklift operation experience


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)


• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)


• Ability to work independently and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail


• High school diploma or equivalent (required)


• Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods


• Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and all safety guidelines


• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by our business


• Previous experience with inventory management systems


• Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with SD (SAP) systems
