Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indiana is hiring a Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory and on-time customer orders. You will perform cycle counts, maintain data integrity across inbound and outbound processes, and resolve discrepancies using our Warehouse Management System.

The role requires at least 6 months warehousing experience and hands-on work with Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker. This 2nd shift offers pay of $20.50 base plus $1 shift differential, plus a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Inventory Control including cycle count and discrepancy reporting.
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory accurately for inbound and outbound freight and ensure products are not damaged and production codes are correct.
• Ensure quantity, labeling, and addressing of orders match customer specifications.
• Research inventory location problems and validate shipping errors; check for recalls.
• Assist with lift operator tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: 2nd Shift Mon- Thurs 4:30p-2:30a
Pay: $20.50 Base Pay + $1 Shift Differential = $21.50

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• -REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
