Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Henderson, NV is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk responsible for daily and weekly cycle counts, annual full inventory, and ensuring accuracy of counts while researching discrepancies and supporting recalls.

You will support loss and damage programs, ensure FIFO rotation, verify put-away and transfers, coordinate will-call orders, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. Background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies.
• Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and annual full warehouse inventory; ensure accuracy and integrity of counts while researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process.
• Support product loss and damage programs; investigate discrepancies and participate in recoup and disposition of damaged products; perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure FIFO rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will-call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
