Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform continuous inventory cycle counts on the warehouse floor and resolve discrepancies by researching data from multiple sources. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and timely reporting.

The position requires forklift experience, strong numerical and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Hours may include weekends or holidays to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year experience in similar position.
• Must have experience operating a forklift.
• Computer applications experience using MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count.
• Communicate cycle count findings to those responsible for inventory.
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains inventory count records and data files.
• Investigates origin of discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
