Job summary

Manpower in Loveland, CO is seeking a Cycle Count Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on inventory accuracy across the plant and supports operations from production to customer delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with data and systems (Oracle), and capable of working independently in a structured, hands-on environment with a weekday day shift.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Comfortable working with systems and data.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Regular lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts across all areas of the plant.
  • Meet monthly inventory count goals for assigned materials.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
  • Use Oracle and transaction history to resolve issues.
  • Support quarterly inventory audits.
  • Assist with BOM updates and routing accuracy.
  • Partner with purchasing and other departments to maintain inventory levels.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VES).

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
