Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, blueprints or governmental regulations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook). Knowledge of ERP systems and digital scales for counting.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily list of items to be cycle counted.
• Perform physical counts on the items.
• Verify any discrepancy in counts.
• Assist with root cause analysis.
• Information relative to system inventory will be generated simultaneously with the count.
• Enter final data results into system.
• Provide weekly status reports.
• Meet requirements necessary to operate forklift or stand-up lift
• Assist with auditing of all inventory locations on campus.
