Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Greeneville, TN to support cycle counting, audits, and inventory corrections in Oracle. You will work with plant teams to improve accuracy and ensure safe, efficient material handling.

Responsibilities include counting, recording, investigating inventory, providing training on inventory control, and maintaining attendance while complying with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Excellent safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and Oracle for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Count, record, and investigate inventory in accordance with cycle count procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and perform inventory corrections in Oracle.
• Achieve >98% inventory accuracy on cycle counts by leading improvements in material usage, production lines, shipping/receiving, and handling.
• Assist plant personnel with inventory reconciliation.
• Provide training to plant employees on inventory control.
