Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and findings.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to implement inventory control procedures.
• Operate forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down) safely and efficiently.
• Use SAP and other inventory management systems to monitor and track inventory movements.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with physical inventory audits as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is required.
