Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Fires (Targets) Analyst to join our USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. The role requires coordinating fires, targeting, and threat mitigation in support of Cyber Mission Force and partner operations.

You will advise leadership on Joint Targeting Cycle principles, help integrate cyber capabilities into planning, and assist with policy development for joint fires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting.
• High School Diploma required.
• Organized multitasker with attention to detail; strong communication.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem solving.
• U.S. Citizenship required; TS/SCI with Poly.
• Desired: DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joint strategic planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, and threat mitigation.
• Advise leadership on Joint Targeting Cycle principles: Focused, Effects-Based, Interdisciplinary, Systematic.
• Develop policies for establishment and maintenance of joint fires coordination and execution.
• Support OCO target nomination, de-confliction, and planning through JOPP.
• Synchronize SAP/STO capabilities with operational planning and exercises.
• Assist with cyber targeting: inter-agency planning, JTB support, and target analysis.

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Fires (Targets) Analyst to join our USCYBERCOM team located in the Fort Meade, MD area.

• Assistsin the coordination of joint strategic and operational planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation in support of the Cyber Mission Force and partner operations
• Provides advice to leadership on all principles of the Joint Targeting Cycle toinclude:Focused, Effects-Based, Interdisciplinary, and Systematic Provides support to future operations planners integrating cyber capabilities into Combatant Command and Global cyberspace plans and operations
• Plans, organizes,determines, and recommends necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned andanticipatedjoint fires coordination and execution
• Supports OCO target nomination, de-confliction, and planning throughout the entire Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) including High-Value, High-Payoff, Time-Sensitive, and Component-Critical targets
• Synchronizes and de-conflicts Special Access Program/Special Technical Operation (SAP/STO) capabilities with operational planning
• Acts as the primary participant supporting Joint Targeting and Fires in exercises
• Coordinates targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components,subordinatescommands, and supporting commands
• Synchronizes and implements targeting methodologies and prioritizing methods with internal and external stakeholders
• Assistswith all aspects of cyber advanced targeting toinclude: inter-agency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber weapons capability analysis and pairing, target systems analysis, target materials production, collateral effects estimate, and joint planning group support
• Conduct assessments and analysis, shaping targeting methodologies supporting basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.

Qualifications

Required:

LU

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Highly organized, flexible multitasker; strong attention to detail; excellent communications skills
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative solving problems in past roles and responsibilities
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance

Desired:

• DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
