Active TS/SCI clearance is required, with a polygraph willingness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats.
• Experience guiding Joint Operations Planner duties.
• Experience designing and executing Combatant Command or Service-Component level exercises.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collective problem-solving and organize groups to build shared understanding of complex challenges.
• Contribute to planning, briefing inputs, and transition concepts to execution for training and exercises.
• Coordinate joint operational planning in support of training and exercises; address shortfalls and validate requirements.
• Monitor doctrine, policies, and instructions; recommend changes to ensure compliance in wargames.
