Job summary

Precision Focus seeks a seasoned Joint Operations Planner to monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, and directives from higher echelons and align planning with USCYBERCOM priorities.

You will develop plans and orders using JPP, JOPES and APEX, and craft Training Objectives for exercises via the TOW. Collaboration across multiple commands, rewrite of plans, and ensuring compliance will be core to this role.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as a Joint Operations Planner with knowledge of JPP, JOPES and APEX planning formats.
• JPME II or CJCS-accredited joint education program, or equivalent substitutions.
• Four years planning experience may be substituted by advanced service planner schools (SAMS/SAASS/JAWS).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and orders using the Joint Planning Process (JPP), JOPES and APEX guidance.
• Develops Training Objectives (TOs) for exercises via the Training Objective Workshop (TOW).
• Coordinates joint operational planning with multiple commands and staffs.
• Supports exercise planning, documentation and execution in line with USCYBERCOM priorities.
