Key responsibilities

• Research and discover new security vulnerabilities; share knowledge through conferences, white papers, and blogs.
• Develop and deliver tailored vulnerability management programs for clients.
• Support the development of EY’s vulnerability management service offerings.

Skills and attributes for success

• Build strong relationships and deliver high-quality client service.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate client vulnerability management programs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, utilize security standards (ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.), and operate relevant tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, etc.).
• Evaluate and recommend security tools, conduct root cause analyses, and assess exploitability and risk.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; 4+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security standards.
• Knowledge of operating systems, cloud concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications

• Consulting experience, OT environment experience, cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP), cloud/container expertise, penetration testing, scripting skills, and regulatory experience.
