As an information security specialist, you will lead security solution implementations for our clients, supporting their efforts to protect their business. You will be part of an international team of specialists addressing complex security challenges and enhancing business resilience, utilizing advanced security tools to combat cybercrime.

Your key responsibilities

• Research and discover new security vulnerabilities, attend and speak at security conferences, and share knowledge through various channels including white papers and blogs.
• Build a comprehensive vulnerability management service, assist in client engagements, and develop EY’s vulnerability management offerings.

Skills and attributes for success

• Develop rapport and focus on delivering quality client services.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stay updated on industry trends relevant to cybersecurity.
• Evaluate and tailor vulnerability management programs for clients.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and identify control weaknesses.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST, etc., and operational experience with tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.
• Evaluate vulnerability management tools, conduct root cause analysis, and assess exploitability and impact.
• Understand cybersecurity concepts including risk management, incident response, and architecture.
• Assist in cybersecurity project management and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security standards.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport, willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience in OT environments, cloud, penetration testing, application security, scripting, and regulatory compliance.
