Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst SME to lead A&A reviews, document RMF artifacts, and craft SSPs/CONOPS for complex systems on government projects.

You will coordinate with ISSMs, SCA, project managers, and engineers to ensure Authority to Develop, Test, and Operate is achieved and sustained. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, DoD 8570 IASAE II certification, and a technical background plus 10 years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• Technical training, certification or degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE II certification required.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) reviews by Group level ISSMs and Security Controls Assessors (SCA).
• Document RMF artifacts and support ICD 503 Security Accreditation efforts.
• Develop SSPs/CONOPS and other A&A related documents with system owners and engineers.
• Coordinate with contractors and customers to obtain A&A content and ensure Authority to Develop/Operate.
• Support audit liaison activities and provide actionable improvement reports.
