Siemens Mobility seeks a Cybersecurity & Sustainability Specialist to support supplier cybersecurity and sustainability initiatives across our Smart Infrastructure Supply Chain organization in the United States.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Legal, and Quality teams to reduce supplier risk, improve data transparency, drive sustainability programs, and ensure compliance across our supplier base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years in procurement, supplier risk management, cybersecurity, sustainability, compliance, supplier quality, or related discipline.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier cybersecurity risk management activities, including supplier assessments, risk mitigation, incident response coordination, and contract compliance.
  • Support supplier sustainability and decarbonization initiatives aligned with Siemens environmental goals.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve cybersecurity, sustainability performance, and supply chain resilience.
  • Analyze supplier data, create dashboards and reports, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Track program progress, identify risks and gaps, and drive corrective actions.
  • Develop training, communications, and guidance materials for suppliers and internal teams.

Siemens is seeking a Cybersecurity & SustainabilitySpecialist to support supplier cybersecurity and sustainability initiatives across our Smart Infrastructure Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will collaborate with Procurement, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Legal, and Quality teams to help reduce supplier risk, improve data transparency, drive sustainability programs, and ensure compliance across our supply base.

As a Project Procurement Specialist, you will:

  • Lead supplier cybersecurity risk management activities, including supplier assessments, risk mitigation, incident response coordination, and contract compliance.

  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve cybersecurity, sustainability performance, and supply chain resilience.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supplier risk management, cybersecurity, sustainability, compliance, supplier quality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with supplier cybersecurity assessments, third-party risk management, or contract compliance.
  • Knowledge of supplier sustainability initiatives, carbon reduction programs, or responsible sourcing practices.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and supply chain operations.

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
