Job summary

Centene Corporation is offering a cybersecurity internship designed to expose students to a breadth of security disciplines within a leading managed care organization.

You will participate in projects across Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, Threat Detection, Security Operations, IAM, GRC, and Security Awareness, gaining hands-on experience under staff mentors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects.
• Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management.

We're seeking curious, collaborative problem-solvers who are passionate about cybersecurity. Interns may support projects across Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, Threat Detection, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Awareness. Through hands-on experience and collaboration with security professionals, interns will develop technical and analytical skills while helping strengthen the security and resilience of a leading healthcare organization.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

The salary range is: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
