Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategic Planning Expert to translate complex cyber risks and initiatives into clear, executive-ready communications for the CISO, ACC leadership, and the Board. The role drives narrative coherence, governance, and prioritization across the cybersecurity program.

You will develop executive presentations, briefings, and reports, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Communications to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, executive communications, strategic planning, or related roles.
• Experience developing executive presentations, strategic narratives, or Board materials.
• Experience supporting strategy governance, metrics, and cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level narratives for CISO, ACC leadership, senior executives, Board and Audit Committee.
• Translate cyber risks and initiatives into concise, decision-ready communications.
• Create executive presentations, briefings, strategic reports and leadership updates.
• Support ACC strategy governance, aligned with enterprise priorities and evolving risk.
• Monitor threats and trends to identify strategic implications and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance, commitments, dependencies, and risk metrics.
• Measure progress and articulate cybersecurity outcomes with meaningful metrics.
