Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups while being directly employed by EWOR. Fellows may access up to €500k in funding and receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis.

You will own, build, and run your startup in domains such as Cybersecurity, with a tailored development journey and access to EWOR's vast network of talent and investors. This program aims to help you reach a €1B+ company through intensive coaching and strategy support.

Qualifications

• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Cybersecurity.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
