EWOR GmbH offers a startup fellowship where you will be employed while building your own startup. You may opt for up to €500k in funding and benefit from weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, plus access to a community of the top founders, peers, and investors.

You will own, build, and run your startup in Fintech or related fields, guided by a customised development programme and intensive coaching aimed at reaching product-market-fit and securing multi-million euro funding within 12 months.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Fintech.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring through EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals and advice as well as best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until reaching product-market-fit and develop a sales/marketing engine.
• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Maintain excellent communication in English.
