Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for Security Standards & Baselines in a Hybrid role based in Arlington, VA. You will support the SSB section within the TIE Office, drive automation of workflows, and ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, CIS Benchmarks, and DISA STIGs.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance with potential for Top Secret clearance. Strong communication with leadership and stakeholders is essential, along with mentoring team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must obtain CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP, Security+ CE, CySA+, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev within start date.
• Experience across FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, CIS Benchmarks, and DISA STIGs.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise virtualization.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Support Security Standards & Baselines (SSB) within TIE Office.
• Identify, implement, and automate security workflows.
• Apply CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGs, and other controls across systems.
• Communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop baselines, bulletins, and security configuration documents.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to align standards.
• Maintain SharePoint content and provide backup support.
