Job summary

Solerity is seeking a cybersecurity professional to design, test, and support enterprise cyber systems for DoD programs. You will apply security engineering, RMF processes, and system integration to protect networks and data across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include documenting security status, conducting risk assessments, coordinating incident responses, and communicating findings to senior engineers. A Secret clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years' experience in information security.
• Security+ or IAT LVL II certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage RMF documentation for a DoD program.
• Install, configure, maintain, and document security products at multiple sites.
• Develop reports to capture the security status of a system (incidents, vulnerability assessments, configuration reports).
• Assist in responding to security incidents and disaster recovery events.
• Research, recommend and implement changes to protect data from violations.
• Conduct internal and external security scans and assessments; understand network, system and application security.
• Work with operations and development teams on remediation requirements.
• Integrate strong security controls into the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor security advisories and coordinate patching/remediation with the operations team.
• Perform risk and threat assessments and document findings.
