Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Kratos Cyber in Herndon, VA to drive customer success, retention, and growth in a technical cybersecurity environment. You will coordinate with delivery and leadership teams to align offerings with customer needs.

The role requires FedRAMP and CMMC familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from discovery to proposal and contract. Some travel is expected in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in consultative, technical, professional services, or cybersecurity sales.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, FedRAMP and CMMC, required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, and managing the full sales lifecycle.
• Experience developing proposals, quotes, and SOWs aligning customer requirements with service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of cybersecurity and compliance services opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand objectives and align Kratos Cyber solutions accordingly.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partners, events, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and SOWs addressing customer needs.
• Coordinate contract negotiations, legal reviews, and procurement activities with stakeholders.
