Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Findings Analysis and Solutions Team (FAST) member to investigate security issues from Red Team and other assessments, translating findings into actionable insights for tactical and operational improvements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on cyber operations experience (SOC, threat hunting, IR, pen testing, red teaming) and can collaborate with technical and non-technical peers while using AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on operator/analyst roles.
• Proactive data-driven investigations and RCA of security issues.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Assess impact of vulnerabilities on operations using data-driven risk prioritization.
• Conduct RCA across assessments, incidents, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve firm security posture.
• Identify and implement technically and procedurally effective mitigations.
• Present analysis to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Prioritize remediation efforts to maximize impact.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate evidence synthesis and reporting.
• Drive reuse-first AI workflows for control evaluation and reporting automation.
