Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS in Middletown, RI, seeks software developers to build and integrate system and network daemons supporting DoW cybersecurity and data protection. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• DoD 8570.1-M Cybersecurity Technician Level II or III certifications and operating systems certification are preferred.
• Experience using industry-standard programming languages: Rust, C++, Java, Python.

Responsibilities

• Develops system and network daemons supporting cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
• Designs, develops, tests, debugs software solutions and interfaces for various hosting OS and networks.
• Coordinates software installations and monitors equipment to ensure specifications are met.
