Job summary

Saliense is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable collaboration solutions within the Cybersecurity department. You will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline workflows and improve data visibility across Microsoft 365 tools.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a strong focus on secure-by-design solutions, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or related Microsoft 365 role.
• Active Power Platform Certification is required.
• Experience with SharePoint Online including sites, lists, libraries and permissions.
• Strong experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps integrated with SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and system integration.
• Proven ability to design Power BI reports with data modeling and DAX.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and secure Microsoft 365 configurations.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into secure technical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) and integration.
• Experience implementing governance and content lifecycle in SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Build canvas and model-driven Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and data sources.
• Develop Power Automate flows to automate tasks and ensure secure data movement.
• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for security metrics and operations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver secure solutions.
• Enforce security models and governance across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Improve performance, reliability, and usability of SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Document designs, configurations, data flows, and SOPs for support and compliance.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cybersecurity best practices.
