Cybersecurity Senior Manager - SOC Engineering (Remote)

Position Purpose: Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats. The SOC Engineering Senior Manager reports to the director of the Security Operation Center. This people leader will oversee the operational excellence of three high-performing teams: Detection Engineering, Automation and Orchestration Engineering, and Endpoint Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver execution, plans, and alignment; develop others.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce incident containment time.
3. Drive alignment to ensure teams provide actionable, timely, and relevant information.
4. Assess, develop, and implement strategies to resolve security risks via assessments and incident response support.
5. Lead, mentor, and coach team members and other leaders.
6. Act as a subject matter expert in relevant areas.
7. Oversee engineering solutions quality.
8. Support internal and external cybersecurity stakeholders.
9. Design tactical and strategic roadmaps aligned with multi-year organizational vision.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Security Operations, Project/Resource Management, and Incident Response.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Certifications: CISM, CISSP.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old and legally permitted to work in the U.S.
