Responsible for developing and maintaining the technical IT / cyber security capabilities necessary for safeguarding the firm's information systems and applications, including all phases of the SDLC and software stack. Design, plan, test, and implement cybersecurity technology projects.
This role seeks an experienced RACF engineer in the Mainframe Security team to ensure secure access control across mainframes, including identity management, certificate administration, and encryption controls. The role involves managing user access lifecycle, privileged access, and risk management, following industry best practices such as NIST and CRI. Responsibilities include administering RACF policies, ensuring RBAC, segregation of duties, controls, and audits, collaborating with IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and audit teams, and building automation scripts to streamline access provisioning and monitoring. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers and serving as a technical SME.
