Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join our growing team. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand cybersecurity and resilience needs, plan and execute assessments, and deliver actionable findings that enhance security posture and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior consultants, lead engagements from planning to reporting, and help build sustainable cybersecurity programs across domains such as governance, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity controls, data protection, and HIPAA rules.
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operations.
• Assess controls against regulatory requirements and frameworks.
• Advise clients on governance, risk, and compliance improvements.
• Manage client engagements, including reporting and issue remediation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
