Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Consultant to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on evaluating cybersecurity and resilience capabilities across client environments and maturing programs through advisory services.

You will manage engagements from scoping to reporting, mentor junior consultants, and deliver actionable findings that improve security posture and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or IT risk.
• Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, data protection, and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operations.
• Assess control design and effectiveness against HIPAA, NIST, ISO standards.
• Support integrated assessments aligning cybersecurity with business resilience goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to client security and risk functions.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including remediation and reporting.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate scope, findings, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
