Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in the United States. You will lead and deliver cybersecurity and resilience assessments, interact with client stakeholders, and guide engagements from planning through reporting. You will mentor junior consultants, develop actionable findings, and help mature clients' cyber resilience programs while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and IT domains.
• Lead or support engagement execution, including control implementation and remediation.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants; deliver clear documentation and client-ready deliverables.
• Communicate assessment scope, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
