Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join its growing team in the United States. You will lead and deliver cybersecurity and resilience assessments for healthcare and other sectors, mentor junior staff, and communicate findings to client stakeholders.

You will help expand programs in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and drive improvements across client environments. As a manager, you will collaborate with engagement teams to plan, execute, and document assessments,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
4+ years delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations, data protection, and HIPAA security/privacy.
Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across tech and operations.
Assess design and operating effectiveness against regulatory requirements and frameworks.
Lead or support program execution, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and client deliverables on schedule.
Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
