Job summary

Parsons, Columbia, MD, seeks a Requirements Analysis Lead for a cybersecurity support program. You will guide the requirements-management lifecycle, organize stakeholder input, and collaborate with cybersecurity experts to improve traceability and governance across the program.

You will establish procedures, manage traceability, and produce reports for leadership while mentoring analysts. An active TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years of experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant requirements experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience managing requirements across full lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, validation, traceability, change control).
• Experience with cybersecurity, IT, intelligence, defense or complex programs.
• Experience facilitating meetings with government stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using requirements-management, workflow, ticketing, database, or collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the customer's requirements-management process.
• Establish and maintain requirements-management procedures, templates, workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Receive, organize, categorize, and analyze requirements submitted by cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions, interviews, working groups, and reviews.
• Analyze requirements for clarity, completeness, consistency, feasibility, priority, risk, and alignment with objectives.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, conflicting, ambiguous, obsolete, or unverifiable requirements.
• Support adjudication and prioritization of competing requirements with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability from mission needs through implementation, validation, and acceptance.
• Ensure requirements are written clearly, concisely, measurable, and testable.
• Maintain requirements repositories, databases, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Track requirements status, ownership, dependencies, decisions, changes, and approval history.
• Support change control, impact analysis, configuration management, and baseline management.
• Develop reports, briefings, metrics, and recommendations for government and program leadership.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate across technical, operational, acquisition, and leadership stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Mentor analysts and establish consistent requirements-engineering practices.
