Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in Manassas, VA seeks an experienced Classified Cybersecurity Manager to lead ISSM efforts, RMF implementation, and accreditation activities for government systems.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification, hands-on security operations, risk assessments, and collaboration with FSO and PM to ensure 100% ATOs.

Candidates will mentor a technical security team, oversee incident investigations, and adapt to mission-driven schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification is required (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP).
• Experience driving RMF with government accreditation authorities and performing risk assessments.
• Experience with information assurance tools to achieve system accreditation.
• Ability to motivate and manage personnel with classified cybersecurity skills.
• Support for BOE and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities to maintain active ATOs.
• Oversee RMF-based admin incl. continuous monitoring, POA&M, and Change Management.
• Develop and implement government-approved security procedures and SSPs.
• Manage IS program with the FSO and PM.
• Perform risk assessments and coordinate investigations with outside agencies.
• Oversee day-to-day IS security operations and tech implementations.
• Build and mentor a security team for ongoing compliance.
• Document compliance actions in tracking systems or POA&M with ISSOs.
• Operate in a high-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Mission needs may drive unpredictable hours.
