Job summary

Kforce's client in Houston, TX is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise security initiatives, manage project portfolios, and provide financial oversight across cybersecurity programs. This role partners with security, infrastructure, network, application, and business teams to drive project execution and deliver strategic security outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have PMP/Agile or cybersecurity certifications and 5+ years of PM experience, with advanced Excel and Power BI

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Experience with data analysis and turning insights into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cybersecurity projects through planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage project schedules, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Provide portfolio-level visibility and executive reporting across security initiatives
• Track project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis
• Analyze data and develop actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Coordinate activities across technical and business stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and leadership communications
• Manage vendors and support compliance with security and risk management objectives
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
