Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide integrated cybersecurity and systems lifecycle engineering support for DoD FM systems.

The role covers RMF support, A&A, vulnerability management, compliance engineering, and sustainment of FMWorkFlow and CyberArk environments. Essential duties include program oversight, IMS scheduling, risk mitigation, and interface management with SAF/FM and AFIMSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of program management experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two to five years of program management experience preferred.
• Ten years of government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and integrated technical oversight across all task areas.
• Engineering program planning and execution.
• IMS management and scheduling oversight.
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and lifecycle tracking.
• Systems engineering technical reviews (e.g., config/readiness reviews).
• Engineering change management coordination.
• Interface management with SAF/FM, AFIMSC, AFFSO stakeholders.
• Performance metric development aligned to QASP objectives.
• Resource planning and workload balancing.
• Technical documentation governance and version control.
• Act as accountable integrator for technical performance across sustainment, development and cybersecurity activities.
