AHEAD is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cybersecurity engagements in identity, access, and data protection domains. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with security controls and governance.

This role emphasizes client communication and strategic planning within a consulting environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior project management and planning experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations, including scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting or enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead on customer engagements.
• Communicate project roles and responsibilities to project team members while planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing project objectives.
• Enforce policies and procedures for each project.
• Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Preparing and completing action plans.
• Implementing production, productivity, quality, and client‑service standards.
