ASRC Federal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to support one of our federal government contracts based out of Seaside, California and Alexandria, Virginia. The successful candidate MUST possess an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. This individual will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development and implementation of cybersecurity programs and services within a Department of Defense enterprise environment, ensuring that all activities align with overall mission goals and objectives. The position is hybrid but primarily remote with some onsite presence required from a minimum of 2-3 days per week in support of customer requirements at our main customer location in Alexandria, Virginia and will require approximately 25% travel to Seaside, California.

The program operates and maintains a cybersecurity operations center; supports the security posture of information systems from conception to retirement; facilitates use of cybersecurity technical information in the design, development, testing, evaluation, operations and maintenance of information technology; implements real-time threat detection and mitigation toolsets; provides proactive cybersecurity threat hunting and penetration teams; provides incident response, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services as rapidly and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the government, leading the delivery ofcybersecuritysupportservicesto the customer, ensuring that allprogramgoals are met on time and align withcybersecuritypolicies, standards, best practices, and the statement of work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while liaising with the customer and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to expand ASRC Federal's network through effective relationship building.
  • Provide all aspects ofprogrammanagement including financial, schedule, technical and personnel management.
  • Develop and implementprogramand project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Establish milestones and monitorprogramprogress to ensure successful delivery and provide continuous process improvement to reduce risk for our customers.
  • Communicate progress and status ofcybersecurityprograms andservicesto the customer, including preparing regular status reports and briefings to senior leadership.
  • Manageprogramrisks and issues, escalating issues as needed to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a team ofprogrampersonnel, including technical resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to defineprogramand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to the quality management plan by carefully reviewing and analyzing information and work accurately and precisely.
  • Gather data and generate/develop the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills,ability to build strong relationships with clients, and experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Experience advising key stakeholders and/or developing integration strategies of cybersecurity tools in support of enterprise architecture roadmaps or frameworks.
  • Experience managing complex programs and subcontractor teams to include familiarity with FFP contracts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple organizations utilizing hybrid waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
  • Operational management and ability to solve complex problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizen and active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, information technology, cybersecurity related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in information technologyprogrammanagement with at least 5 years managing people/programs.
  • PMP or any other project and/or change management certification.
  • Cybersecurity certifications a plus.
  • Experience using change management and process improvement practices to establish and mature organizations.
  • The position is hybrid with onsite presence required from a minimum of 2-3 days per week in support of customer requirements at our main customer location in Alexandria, Virginia and will require approximately 25% travel to Seaside, California.
