Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to drive and manage the F-35 cyber program on site. You will lead ISSO efforts, develop policies, and coordinate responses to incidents while ensuring compliance with DoD guidance and SAP requirements.

You will liaise with stakeholders across departments and with military partners, translating complex cyber concepts into actionable operations, while guiding self-inspections and preparing for customer reviews.

Qualifications

• Final Transferable Secret clearance; Continuous Vetting eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.
• Expertise in cybersecurity with artifact-backed projects and independent analysis.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary representative for the on-site cybersecurity team in stakeholder meetings.
• Drive development and review of cybersecurity policies and procedures for the site.
• Lead and manage ISSO(s) in the F-35 cybersecurity program execution.
• Implement and assess security controls per system authorization requirements.
• Lead self-inspections and readiness for customer inspections.
• Serve as incident response focal point with timely comms and documentation.
