Job summary

Lockheed Martin NAS Lemoore is seeking a Classified Cyber Security Asc Manager/Lead ISSO to support the ISSM in leadership duties and oversee cybersecurity for F-35 systems. Responsibilities include policy development, onsite leadership of ISSO(s), and ensuring security controls and readiness for customer inspections.

Qualified candidates will hold a DoD 8570 IAM II level certification, possess a transferable security clearance, and demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Final Transferable Secret security clearance or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SAP access and maintain it.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex DoD cybersecurity projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site cybersecurity lead and representative for ISSO team.
• Support ISSM in daily operations and leadership duties.
• Develop, review, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Lead ISSO personnel in execution of the F-35 cybersecurity program.
• Implement and assess security controls and assist in audits/inspections.
• Coordinate incident response, reporting, and remediation actions.
