Job summary

Thales is seeking a Product Support Intern to join our global Customer Success Team in a paid internship that offers growth and learning opportunities. This remote role is within the USA, preferably in the CST zone, with responsibilities spanning customer inquiries, ticket queue management, and process improvement suggestions.

You will gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity while supporting the department's objectives and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document a technical issue for escalation.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm.
• Available to work full-time Monday-Friday.
• Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other IT degree.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing Service Now.
• Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the support team ticketing queue. Assigning cases and tasks.
• Gain experience working in Cybersecurity.
• Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports.
