Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead auditor certification for ISO 27001/27701 or TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of third-party certification audit experience, including complex multi-site organizations.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification bodies, accreditation rules, and management system standards in the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with a target ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators; take corrective action.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
